We're always in search of the perfect G&T. As the tonic makes up 3/4 of your mix, you should always go for quality stuff. We recently discovered the Erasmus Bond brand. They claim that Erasmus Bond invented the first ever tonic, in 1858. And, if their site is telling the thruth, it even took some time-travelling to re-create it in the present.
Anyhow, they have three varieties. We tried the Dry Traditional one and it matches perfectly with VOLUME 7.
