VOLUME 7 is an artisan gin, based upon 100% barley grain and distilled with classic botanicals, of which 7 are primary in the recipe: juniper berries, Jamaica pepper, cinnamon, angelica root, nutmeg, coriander seed and clove.

It has 40% alc vol. and is distilled in traditional copper stills. Each bottle is finished by hand.
The barley base is noticeably present in the nose and well-balanced by the juniper tone. The primary botanicals result in a distinctive, delicately spicy note on the palate. In the preferred G&T serve, the zest of orange adds a touch of freshness that brings it all together.
We beamed up a bottle to the U.S.S. Enterprise and got this message back from Mr Spock: "It's gin, Jim, but not as we know it".
